CARING FOR THE COMMUNITY
Dear Ogden Community,
In light of the recent developments in the government’s efforts to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, we want to assure you that while we are taking steps to do our part to support our community, we want to make sure our beloved artists and guests are happy.
In response to the governor’s recent announcement that curtails gatherings of more than 100 people for the next two weeks, and knowing that there will likely be additional restrictions after that, Monarch Venues will be working with all guests that have events scheduled for the next several months to find suitable solutions to reschedule events or otherwise make certain they are compliant with current restrictions and in the best interest of community health and the safety of our guests and our employees.
We have encouraged our studio creatives to consider rescheduling their respective workshops and classes further out on the calendar. Though these events fall under the 100 person threshold, we believe that limiting non-essential gatherings of any size can have a large impact in slowing down the spread of this virus.
As the Monarch, Art Box and WB’s remain open, we have increased our already huge efforts in sanitization and thorough cleaning. We are continuing to take bookings for future events and assure you that we will continue to be available for your booking needs. To receive a quick quote, please fill out the form on our venue page.
We thank you for choosing Monarch Venues to host your upcoming event, and as a responsible partner, we will continue to monitor the information regarding the COVID-19 virus and the impact on large gatherings across the country.
As you think through your concerns about your event and your attendees, we want you to know that you are not alone. We share your concerns and want to help. Please contact us with any questions. Be safe, stay informed and we look forward to seeing you at the Monarch very soon!
With love and thanks,
